When you type a name, place, or other search detail into a partner-powered search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Phelps County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we use the information in that message to read it, respond when appropriate, and keep a record of the exchange. We do not share contact-message content outside our organization unless the law requires it.
